sex-view not work on EL-700FTA please check!

hi guys,
i have e/link el777 fta and searching forums found 3329bchip update big mistake
wrong soft is my m/c knackered or is there a repair file i can use it seems to be stuck in upload mode,and when i try to load another file the loader says wrong bootloader client protocol,help appreciated.
