When you click this image you can give or take away reputation points.

User reputation is visible in http://www.funfiles.ws/images/reputation/reputation_pos.gif icons.
When you put your mouse pointer on these icons you can read text message that tells you something about that users reputation.
The more icons, the more reputation that user has.
