Do i need anything else except downloading kes?

It appears i have a problem...
i can't connect my decoder with the p.c....
i went to humax site and downloaded wdn4oak+ the most recent upgrade for my decoder RFE10502_00.hdf but when i push download it appears a window
that shows "waiting for humax connection" and that's all....ican't go on with downloading...
the cable is null modem...i think..
any help?

Hi michael979, I have already told you that unfortunately I don't know your decoder. To have an answer to your question you can open a new thread in the section Satellite TV Receivers ----> letter H ----> Humax and post the question. Someone will probably answer you. Bye.
