You should get "Software Upgrade" to know that it's updating. 2- Showtime and ART DO NOT work at the same time. You either have to choose Showtime or ART to watch. 3- Showtime's Auto-update works on frequencies 11996 and 12073 (fast AU 1 - 2 min) 4- ART's Auto-update works on frequency 12034 (slower AU but still good) 5- When ART gets on, Showtime goes off and vice-versa. So you just have to re-AU if you want to switch from a bouquet to another. 6- Zapping between channels is fast.
