Hi I am new to all this & have downloaded the firmware for my arion AF9400 PVR HDMI & connected via usb I can see the hard drive & folders receiver but am not sure how to update it & enter the keys?

1.how to install firm step by step for the first time, and is it possible then later to change K##es manual?
2.if i want use deco connect to pc wht do i need?
